Wil Chandler August 15, 1943 to April 21, 2011


Wilmont Hollis Chandler (Wil) passed away today after a heroic battle with cancer in his own home surrounded by family and friends.  A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and pillar of this community, he will be sorely missed by all.

  17. Gosh! We know (k)not the day nor the hour... as an eternal optimist (and PROcrastinator) I always figure Tomorrow, but Tomorrow happens Every day. We lost a pillar in our Community, but our Community is Strong, Thanks to people like Will Chandler. Let's carry his Spirit in all we do TOgather Everyday. Namaste

  20. There are no words to express what a wonderful human being Wil was. He was kind, generous, loving, thoughtful, and heroic. Even this does not begin to describe him. I am so sorry for your loss. Lili, you are your father. You are strong and passionate as he was and I know that the rest of us will experience him every day through you! He WIL live on through his wonderful children!

  21. Thank you Lili for keeping us all up to date. I am a highschool friend and have been following his blog all the while. I know what it means to go through this and I am very sorry for your lose.
